Directions for use: Adults consume 1 tbsp each morning. Children 6yr – 12yr/ tbsp

The reason that I only gave this 3 stars is because of the taste! Let’s just say it’s VERY earthy and medicinal tasting . The texture is amazing tho but to be honest I personally wouldn’t buy it again simply for that reason but I am sure there are lots of people who DO like that FLAVOR on toast . 😬

This particular product is mixture of honey, propolis, royal jelly and pollen. It’s designed to be taken daily as a supplement and helps with allergies, helps to increase energy levels and stimulates the immune system. The propolis in particular, is bitter and its what gives Vitality the earthy taste you describe.
