Pure and Unpasteurized. White or extra light in colour, mild with spicy notes and a floral scent. Not as sweet as many other honeys.

Farmed by beekeepers in the Peace River region of Northern Alberta. Alfalfa has been used to treat digestive problems and as an appetite stimulant, although alfafa honey has not been tested for this yet.
