The RHB 90ATC portable refractometer is a precision instrument specifically designed for quick and reliable measurement of the moisture content of honey.

Simply place 2-3 drops of honey on the prism, press the glass on the sample and wait a few seconds for temperature of the sample to equalize. Then look through the eyepiece at a light source and read off the moisture content. It's that easy!

Note that since the RHB 90ATC has automatic temperature compensation, calibration is not necessary.
