	Products purchased from Honeybee e-Centre may be either: Shipped to destinations in Canada and the U.S.A. or Picked up at Honeybee Centre in Surrey, B.C

Shipping Options

We offer standard shipping by ground and express shipping by air to most locations in Canada and the U.S.A. We use top tier couriers, UPS and Canada Post, with on-line package tracking for your shipment. The shipping cost is calculated on-line based on the shipment weight, physical size, destination, and type of service selected.

Select your shipping grade of service:

During the Secure Checkout process, once you have entered your shipping information, select the "2) Ship to billing address" button.
Normally 2 shipping options are provided, choose either the "Standard" (ground) or the "Express" (air) option.

Track your order on-line:

Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number and tracking website link.

You can now track the progress of your order on-line !

Shipping Restrictions

There are restrictions on shipping certain products to some jurisdications. Most restrictions are noted in the individual product descriptions. In general, the following restrictions apply:

All food products and food supplements including honey, pollen, propolis and royal jelly can only be shipped to destinations in Canada at this time.
Certain honeybee treatments such as formic acid must be picked up at Honeybee Centre.
All bee livestock must be picked up at Honeybee Centre.
Special shipping arrangements must be made for shipping barrels and totes of Liquid Sucrose by contacting Honeybee Centre.

If there are any restrictions affecting your order, we will contact you to obtain your instructions to best fulfill your order.

Customer Pickup
	To pick up your order from Honeybee Centre, simply: Select the "1) In-store pickup by me." button on the top of the Shipping Information" page during the Secure Checkout process. No shipping charges will be added to your order. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. Pickup your order at Honeybee Centre in Surrey, B.C.
