Gather the following information: School name, address and phone number Contact person's name, phone number and email address (optional) Number of students attending Grade(s) of students attending Choose one no-charge workshop (Optional) Choose a project workshop (extra charge applicable) Preferred date and time for field trip Will they be eating lunch at Honeybee Centre Any special needs or allergies of attending students   3.
