1.    Gather the following information:

·         Contact person's name, address, email, phone & fax numbers

·         Name and age of Birthday boy/girl

·         Number of kids attending

·         Age(s) of kids attending

·         Select one bug craft

·         Preferred date and time for birthday party

·         Any special needs or allergies of attending students

2.    Contact us with your Birthday Party Request:

·         By Phone

·         By fax

·         By contact on website

3.    We will contact you to finalize the Birthday Party details by phone or email.

4.    Deposit Due

a.     A $100.00 deposit is due to confirm the Birthday Party booking. 

b.     Deposit is not refundable within 14 days of the Birthday Party date.

5.     Birthday Party confirmation.

a.     Details will be emailed or faxed to the contact person upon the deposit being paid.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please advise us immediately.  Please review the confirmation details and immediately advise us of any errors.
