When you enter our Country Store, the first thing that you will notice is the sweet smell of honey and beeswax that permeates the store. Your stress from the outside world is already subsiding. The comfortable environment and friendly staff introduce you to the health benefits of the many natural bee products that we specialize in. Finally, the honey tasting . . . how sweet it is!

We also have a few select products in our store that are not available on-line. These include small batches of rare varietal honeys when available, sheet wax for making candles, some beekeeping supplies such as formic acid, and tasty treats from our snack bar. |

We are more than just an aromatic country store. In our Visitor Centre, you can see live bees at work in a large glass observation hive. Our beekeeping exhibits and museum provide insight to the fascinating world of the honeybee and beekeeping. You can also relax in our Greenhouse garden setting. Enjoy a refreshment and tasty treat with the background ambience of water flowing from the artisian well into our fish pond. |

To make your shopping experience even more pleasant, we have a number of activities to keep kids occupied (at least for a little while). They will probably start at the observation hive, looking for the Queen and observing the bees busy with their many tasks. Watching the fish in the fish pond is a close second. For the younger ones, we have colouring, for everyone we have honey tasting. And for a healthy sweet snack alternative, we have honey stix in a large variety of kid-friendly flavours, including wild watermelon, root beer, sour apple, lemonade, and many more. | |
